These terms and conditions apply to the creator of this application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). The service provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") The following is a list of the terms and conditions for the use of this website

By using this application, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Premium Service Terms of Service

By using the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Premium Service.

In addition, the Premium Service can only be used by the person who purchased it (iTunes Store settler), and the use of the Premium Service by renting it to others is prohibited.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without the prior consent of the Premium Service subscriber.

Premium Service Subscriptions

The premium service of this application (iTunes Store payment) is a subscription service for one year.

The subscription period will automatically renew for one year, unless you cancel your Premium Service subscription by 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

The subscription fee for the renewal subscription period (1 year) will be determined and billed within 24 hours of the end of the subscription period.

This application does not guarantee that it will meet the user's specific purpose, that it will have the expected function, product value, accuracy, and usefulness, or that it will be free from defects. Also, the specifications of the application can be changed for the convenience of the service provider.

利用規約

このたびは「タブToDo」をご利用いただきありがとうございます。
この規約は本アプリの作成者（以下「サービス提供者」といいます。）の提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）をご利用いただく際の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
本アプリのご使用によって、本規約に同意していただいたものとみなします。

プレミアムサービス利用規約

本サービスをご利用される場合には、プレミアムサービスの利用規約に合意したものとみなします。
また、プレミアムサービスについては、購入された本人（iTunes Storeの決済者）のみ利用できるものとし、他者に貸与しての利用は禁止します。
なお、本規約はプレミアムサービス購読者に対して、事前の承諾を得ることなく、変更することができるものとします。

プレミアムサービスの定期購読について

本アプリのプレミアムサービス(iTunes Store決済)は1年単位の定期購読サービスです。
購読期間終了の24時間までにプレミアムサービスの購読を解約しない限り、購読期間は1年間自動更新されます。
更新分の購読期間（1年分）の利用料は、購読期間終了時点からさかのぼって24時間以内に金額が確定し、購読が請求されます。

免責事項

本アプリはユーザーの特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・商品的価値・正確性・有用性を有すること、および不具合が生じないことについて、保証するものではありません。またサービス提供者の都合によりアプリの仕様を変更できます。
加えて、本アプリの提供の終了、変更、または利用不能、本アプリの利用によるデータの消失または機械の故障もしくは損傷、その他本アプリに関してユーザーが被った損害につき、賠償する責任を一切負わないものとします。
